Here are some of my favorite things that I think anyone visiting my site might enjoy, too!
Journals/planners-

These are the Women’s Health Daily Journal and Planners (underwent a name change). It is a three month, undated life-helper! Each day includes two pages where there is a place for you to write your menstrual cycle information, physical/mental symptoms, supplement/medications taken, the workout you did, what you ate, what you need to do that day and how your day was overall.
You can find it on Amazon, here.

This is a lot like the Women’s Health Journal and planner. The main difference is that it has 160 pages and each page is for one day (so that means 160 days). For each page you get to track your menstrual cycle, what you ate, how you felt, your plans, your workout and your overall thoughts of the day.
You can find it on Amazon, here.
Informational book-

This is an amazing book if you are interested in possible alternative ways to treat your hormonal issues.
You can find it on Amazon, here.
Weighted blanket-
Weighted blankets are great for when you are feeling anxious or are just needing some comforting. I love using mine the week before my period starts.
Home gym equipment-

I could never live without my Powerblock adjustable dumbbells. If you are interested in working out at home, I highly recommend buying these. The stepper that is in my home gym picture is also a great and affordable option to have around.
You can find them on Amazon, here and here.
PMS/PMDD woes-

If you get bad nausea due to hormones at times during your menstrual cycle, Meclizine is great to keep in you medicine cabinet. It has been a life savor for me many times.

Peppermint has some alleged benefits when it comes to treating GI issues. I love having it around in different forms. My favorite product are peppermint Tummydrops. They are pretty powerful and combine well with other anti-nausea products.
Beauty/hygiene-

The aloe Vera gel and rosehip oil you see in the above picture are absolutely essential for me to have around. I think you might like them, too! Very simple and natural skincare products.

This body wash by Kirk’s provides an amazing clean and I can’t be without it. It also comes in scented forms.
Supplements-

Vitamin D is said to possibly be good for one’s immune system. Since I am inside most of the time, I am not going to get a lot of sunlight. Thus, I make sure to supplement with 6,000 IUs of vitamin D per day. I have found that the gummy versions of vitamins are easier on the stomach so I would recommend them if you have a sensitive stomach, too. The Nature’s Way Vitamin D Gummies is a great product option.

The D-Mannose powder picture above, is said to possibly be helpful for the treatment and prevention of UTIs. It really works for me and is something I will make sure to always have on hand. I have now been buying it in capsules from Bulk Supplements.
Entertainment-

I absolutely love the Fire TV Stick! It works great and has all of the streaming channels I want. I also love that it has Alexa on it. I would highly recommend it.

I love feel-good books as they are great for my mental health. This book pictured above is one of those! I would highly recommend it and everything else by this particular author.
