I love to plan, track and journal. Because of this, I decided to create some books that do just that. Check them out below!

These are the Women’s Health Daily Journal and Planners (underwent a name change). It is a three month, undated life-helper! Each day includes two pages where there is a place for you to write your menstrual cycle information, physical/mental symptoms, supplement/medications taken, the workout you did, what you ate, what you need to do that day and how your day was overall.

This is a lot like the Women’s Health Journal and planner. The main difference is that it has 160 pages and each page is for one day (so that means 160 days). For each page you get to track your menstrual cycle, what you ate, how you felt, your plans, your workout and your overall thoughts of the day.

This is a workout journal for you to reach your fitness and body goals with! The journal spans 16 weeks and it is undated so you can start at any time. It includes a goal sheet, four workout plan sheets and 128 workout logging sheets. The workout logs also include places to write down what you ate.
