Here you will find different workouts I come up with. Let me know what you think of them.

Killer Cardio

34 minutes- 2 minute warm-up, 2 minute cool down

Each exercise done for 1 minute straight. Feel free to walk in place for a few seconds if it is getting too hard:

  1. Jumping jacks
  2. High knees
  3. Butt kicks
  4. Turn jumps
  5. Star jumps
  6. Fast punches
  7. Mountain climbers
  8. Fast inchworms (
  9. Jump forward and backwards
  10. Fast punches
  11. Jumping jacks
  12. Mountain jacks (
  13. Star jumps
  14. Jump forwards and run back
  15. Fast skaters (

Take a drink break and then repeat one more time for 30 minutes of exercise.

Random Number Cardio

Download a random number generating app on your phone/tablet/ipad. Set it to range from one to any number you want. Do cardio movements (jumping jacks, high-knees, jump squats etc.) as many times as the number that comes on your screen says to do.

I put on a good show and do this for 30-40 minutes or so. It is my favorite way to do cardio.

Each is to be done for one minute

  1. Power skips
  2. Plank jacks
  3. Mountain climbers
  4. Jump forward and jog back
  5. High knees
  6. Tuck jumps
  7. Star jumps
  8. Donkey Kicks
  9. Side to side jumps
  10. Inch worms
  11. Fast punches
  12. Side shuffles
  13. Wide mountain climbers
  14. Butt kicks
  15. Mountain climber twists
  16. Burpees
  17. Jump squats
